XLPE insulated power cable

-CU/XLPE/PVC, XLPE Insulated Cable, Rated Voltage: 0.6/1KV.

Application:

 

The cable is used in electric power transmission and distribution system operating at related votage of 0.6/1,1.8/3,3.6/6,6/6,6/10,8.7/10,8.7/15,12/20,21/35,26/35.

 

YJV,YJLV is suitable for laying indoor and outdoor.The cable is abe to bear certain tractve force.During laying,but not external mechanica force,it s not permissible to lay

single core cable in magnetic material tube.YJV22,YJLV22 is

suitable for aying n soil,able to bear external Mechanical

force,but not puling force.

(1) The rated Uo/U of the power frequency is 0.6/1KV;

(2)Laying temperature: The laying temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the cable should be preheated first.

(3)Working temperature: The maximum allowable continuous working temperature of the conductor should not exceed 90 ℃.

(4)Temperature during conductor short circuit: The maximum temperature during short circuit should not exceed 250 ℃. The short circuit time should not exceed 5 seconds.

(5)Bending radius: the bending radius of the cable should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

(6)Standards: IEC60502, GB12706, or other standards required by the user. The requirements for flame retardant properties refer to IEC60332-3 and GB18380.
